I'm a mom in the PNW, I love the beach and sunshine! My hobbies include yoga, gardening, and hiking Mount Rainier. I make my way outside whenever possible
I raised 4 incredible children - they are true warriors and teach me so much. My children have struggles with Tourettes, OCD, ADD and one of my sons has Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have become an advocate in the schools in regards to ADA accommodations as my kids were in AP and accelerated programs.
I have worked and owned a medical/dental consulting company for over 20 years. My experience in looking for weakness or missing components, strategizing and implementing solutions has prepared me for the the fight of my life, my own High Conflict Divorce.
After 21 years of marriage and motherhood, I found myself experiencing a high conflict divorce. It was overwhelming and exhausting for the whole family. There was so much that I didn't know I didn't know, you know? The legal load on top of trauma was hard to bear.

About the company
I chose the name High Ground because it represented the idea of overcoming obstacles and moving upward. Having you ladder stable and "Grounded" is also an important aspect of healing for those who have experienced abuse
The ladder in our logo also represents the idea of moving in a clear, upward direction, without implying that it would be an easy journey. You're going to need some strength to climb and you'll want someone to stabilize the ladder (me!). Let me be your spotter. Together, we can find stability and support in your high conflict divorce.
